A Summary on Technical Features of Overseas Multi-MW Wind Turbines

摘要 特大型风力发电机组技术不仅体现了当代电机制造、材料工程、电力电子、自动控制、流体力学和地质气象等领域的科技水平,而且引领着未来风力发电机组设计制造技术的发展方向。文章通过介绍国外6种不同类型特大型风力发电机组的技术特点,分析了设计制造机组关键零部件(如发电机、齿轮箱、叶片和塔筒等)所采用的新技术,总结了风力发电机组技术的发展趋势,比较了不同类型风力发电机组的优缺点,以期为我国风力发电设备及其零部件的研发工作提供参考。 The technology of Multi-MW wind turbines not only incarnates the current technical level in such fields as electrical machinery manufacturing, material engineering, power electronics, automatic control, fluid mechanics, geology and meteorology, but also leads the development trend of design and manufacturing of wind turbines in the future. Through introducing the technical features of six kinds of overseas Multi-MW wind turbines, new technologies applied in the design and manufacturing of key components and parts of wind turbines, such as generator, gearbox, blade and tower and so on, are analysed; the development trend of wind turbine technology is summarized; the advantages and disadvantages of various types of wind turbines are compared to offer reference for the research and development of wind turbines and their components and parts in China.
