摘要
为改良喜树现有品种,丰富遗传育种资源,采用秋水仙素对植物喜树的顶芽和种子进行多倍体诱变处理,经植物形态学检测,诱导后的对象具有明显的多倍体特征,表明采用秋水仙素对喜树不同部位进行多倍体诱导,是一种行之有效的生物技术方法.
Objective： Improving breeds of Camptotheca acuminata and its heredity resources, methods： The polyploid of Camptotheca acuminata was obtained through buds and seeds treated with colchicines solution. Result： morphological eomparation showed that the polyploid induction was effective. Conclusion： It was effective to use colchicincs in polyploid induction of different explants of Camptotheca acuminata.
