摘要
政府门户网站是政府与其服务对象沟通的平台,是实现电子政务的主要方式之一。以厦门市政府网站为例,说明政府门户网站从信息公开、在线办事、公众参与三个层次实现政府为公众及企业提供社会服务,从而实现G2B、G2C电子政务,并提出加强网上并联审批、构建即时通信平台以改进政府门户网站,从而更好地促进政府向管理服务型的转变。
The government portal website is a communication platform between government and its service object, is one of the main ways carrying out the electronic government affairs. Taking Xiamen portal website for example, government portal website serves for the pubic and enterprises from three levels, namely, open information, on-line work and public participation to implement G2B, G2C e-government. Internet para!leling should be enhanced, instand message platform should be built up to improve government portal website.
