胃镜牙垫在意识障碍患者口腔吸痰中的应用

The application of gastroscope bite block on aspiration of sputum in patients with disturbance of consciousness

目的:探讨胃镜牙垫在意识障碍、不能主动配合口腔吸痰患者中的应用效果。方法:将意识障碍需行口腔吸痰的患者140例,随机分为观察组70例和对照组70例,观察组使用胃镜牙垫协助打开口腔进行吸痰,对照组使用传统金属开口器协助。观察两组打开口腔所需时间、对口腔黏膜损伤等不良反应和吸痰效果。结果:两组在打开患者口腔所需时间、对口腔黏膜损伤等不良反应方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在吸痰效果方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用胃镜牙垫协助打开患者口腔进行吸痰,缩短了打开口腔所需的时间,减少相关不良反应的发生,减轻了患者痛苦,节省人力,提高了护理工作质量。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of gastroscope bite block on aspiration of sputum via oral cavity in patients with disturbance of consciousness. Methods ：140 patients with disturbance of consciousness who need aspiration of sputum via oral cavity were randomly divided into the study group （70 cases） and the control group （70 cases）. In the study group the patients used gastroscope bite block opent oral cavity to aspiration of sputum; In the control group used traditional metal mouth gags. We observed the time required to opent oral cavity ,the adverse reactions of the extend of mueosal injury and the effect of aspiration of sputum in the two groups. Results：There were differences between the two groups in the time required to opent oral cavity and the extend of mucosal injury （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the effect of aspiration of sputum has not statistical significantly （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Using gas- trescope bite block to opent patients＇ oral cavity to aspiration of sputum can shorten the openting time, reduce adverse reactions, lessen patients＇ suffering, spare nursing staff and improve nursing quality,there was much better than the normal one.
