摘要
性能分析是航天遥感器研制过程中的必不可少的重要步骤之一。针对航天遥感器研制高投入、高风险、时间紧的特点,提出了利用虚拟样机评估遥感器性能的方法。首先给出了总体思路,然后建立光学子系统和机械子系统的模型,利用基于接口的集成技术将子系统集成在一起形成遥感器的虚拟样机,通过该虚拟样机分析了遥感器在被动散热情况下,受太阳热辐射所产生的镜面畸变以及倾斜对遥感器性能的影响。仿真结果表明,遥感器的性能对径向温度梯度不敏感,而轴向温度梯度对遥感器性能影响很大。对于如何将虚拟样机技术用于设计、分析、制造一体化过程是一个有益的探索。
Performance analysis is one of the important steps in aerospace remote sensor development.Considering the high cost,high risk and time urgency of researching and constructing aerospace remote sensor(ARS),a method for analyzing the performance of ARS by virtual prototype(VP) is proposed.After introducing a general route map,the models of optical sub-system and mechanical sub-system are given,and these models are integrated to a ARS virtual prototype.Based on this VP,the performance of ARS is analyzed under the condition that the ARS is exposed to sun radiation and only passive heat transmission exists.When exposed to sun radiation the mirrors of ARS will deform and tilt.The simulation result shows that the performance of ARS is not sensitive to radial temperature gradient,but is very sensitive to axial temperature gradient.This paper can be a contribute to the exploration of how to utilize virtual prototype in the integration of design,analysis and manufacture.
