摘要 在机器人远程控制系统的开发和应用中,各种控制参数、工件信息的多样化和复杂化的表示方式会给算法的具体实现带来许多问题。如何提高各个控制系统功能的通用性,在机器人远程控制领域具有重要的理论和现实意义。将本体(Ontol-ogy)和Web Service引入,侧重建立一个与机械手控制参数对象相关的本体库,并最终设计出一个基于本体库的语义WebService实现模型及其服务的组合框架。仿真结果证明实现了客户端与Web Service各组件间的异步通信,对于提高远程机器人控制系统的实时性和数据显示的有效性都具有重要的现实意义。 Improving the versatility of various systems is very important and practical in remote robot control system.However,diversification and complication of different control parameters and workpiece information will come up with many problems for the control algorithm implementation,bringing many problems in the realization and development of various robot control systems.Ontology and Web Service have more obvious advantage to solve such kind of remote robot control problems.This paper aims to construct the Ontologies related with the control parameters of machine manipulator,and design a semantic realization model and Web service composition framework for the semantic Web Service based on the ontology finally.Experimental results show that the approach realizes the synchronous communication within the clients and Web Service composites,and is of great importance to enhance the real-time implementation of remote industrial robot control system as well as display valid information.
