摘要 时间延时积分CCD-TD ICDD因其结构和工作原理的特殊性,要求驱动信号电压幅值与频率较高。为解决目前驱动电路的电压幅值与频率无法同时提高的问题,采用开关三极管与高速运算放大器相结合的设计方法,设计了一套可以实现输出高压高频驱动信号的功率放大电路,在计算机上应用高速电路板设计与仿真软件—Cadence对设计电路进行了功能仿真。最终在实验线路板上搭建并调试了整套系统,实现了对TD ICCD驱动信号的功率放大。为TD ICCD驱动电路设计提供了一套有效可靠的实现方法。 Time Delay and Integration Charge Coupled Devices—TDICCD requires high voltage and frequency driving signal because of its particular configuration and working principle.To meet the amplitude and frequency requirement of the TDICCD driving signal,a method of combining switching transistor with high speed amplifier was put forward,by which an amplifying circuit for high voltage,high frequency TDICCD driving signal was designed and realized.Also by using the high speed circuit design and simulation software——Cadence,functional simulation was performed on PC.Eventually the whole system was constructed and tested on the PCB,with the achievement of amplifying the TDICCD driving signal,and providing an effective way to design TDICCD driving circuit.
