硝苯地平缓释片对高血压合并2型糖尿病患者内皮功能的影响 被引量：10

摘要 目的探讨硝苯地平缓释片对高血压合并2型糖尿病患者的血管内皮功能的影响。方法选择165例原发性高血压(EH)合并2型糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,对照组(n=83例)予卡托普利、抗血小板、调脂和降糖药物治疗,治疗组(n=82例)在常规治疗的基础上,加服硝苯地平缓释片每次10mg～20mg,每日两次。所有患者均于治疗前后采用肱动脉超声方法判断内皮舒张功能,放射免疫分析法(RIA)测定内皮素-1(ET-1),硝酸还原酶比色法测定一氧化氮(NO)。结果两组治疗组治疗后血压均比治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),治疗后血流介导的肱动脉扩张率(EDD)增加,NO明显增加,ET-1降低(P<0.05)。治疗后两组间比较,各项指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平缓释片不仅具有显著降压作用,而且可改善EH合并2型糖尿病患者内皮依赖性舒血管功能障碍。
