Therefore, the government＇s SME policy supportive system should change over from the old policy path that simply initiates from specific aspects such as corporate financing and technical supporting, to a new one that includes making in - depth analysis of market and policy environment from a macro perspective, and with regard to the two main issues on market and policy, constructing a policy supportive system that conforms to Chinas national conditions.
