我国可持续发展的瓶颈因素及实现机制

China's Sustainable Development Bottlenecks and Mechanism of Implementation

可持续发展是全球各国热切关注的问题。我国人口众多,人均资源短缺,科学技术相对落后,在经济建设中更应积极走可持续发展之路。我国作为一个发展中国家,有许多因素制约了可持续发展战略的实现,这些因素可以归纳为人口、制度、资源三大瓶颈。要解决制约我国可持续发展的瓶颈因素,切实实现可持续发展战略,要建立健全四大机制:经济机制、政治机制、社会机制与技术机制。

The problem of sustainable development is an issue that has aroused global concern, China, as a country of large population, a country who is shortage at percapital resources , a country which is relatively backward others at science and technology flid, should positively take a way of harmonious development and sustainability as long as the economic construction. As a developing country, China＇s sustainable development is meeting many factors which constrict this issue coming true, these factors could be include into three kinds of bottlenecks：population bottleneck, system bottleneck and resources bottleneck. To solve these bottleneck elements which are limiting the sustainable development of China, as well as to realize the issue of sustainable development, four mechanisms must be established sound, the economic mechanism, the political mechanism, the social mechanism and the technical mechanism.
