本文报道了应用半导体激光治疗2例头面部血管畸形，其中1例为外伤性头部软组织动静脉瘘合并血管畸形，手术顺利．文中并对半导体激光工作原理，头面部软组织血管畸形特点，术中体会加以讨论．

This paper reported 2 cases of vascular malformation treatment with diode laser. One ofthem is trauma brain soft tissue A-VFS complicated with vascular malformation. The result is well. Atthe same time, we also discussed the working principle of diode laser, feature of vascular malformationof brain soft tissue and personal experience of this operation.
