急性脑梗死患者血浆单核细胞趋化蛋白-1和组织因子水平的变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨急性脑梗死患者血浆单核细胞趋化蛋白-1和组织因子的变化及临床意义。方法:对56例急性脑梗死患者脑梗死组和30例健康者对照组应用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法(EL ISA法)定量测定血浆单核细胞趋化蛋白-1和组织因子的水平。结果:与正常对照组相比,脑梗死组血浆单核细胞趋化蛋白-1含量(128.49±76.97)ng/L和组织因子含量(424.23±189.87)ng/L明显高于对照组的单核细胞趋化蛋白-1含量(49.21±29.36)ng/L和组织因子含量(109.25±42.98)ng/L,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。随急性脑梗死患者病情严重程度的加重,血浆单核细胞趋化蛋白-1的含量增高越明显。结论:急性脑梗死患者血浆单核细胞趋化蛋白-1和组织因子的水平明显升高,并且与急性脑梗死患者的病情密切相关。 Objective:To investigate the changes of plasma monocyte chemotactic protein 1 (MCP-1)and tissue factor (TF) of patients with acute cerebral infarction and it's clinical significance. Methods :The plasma level of MCP-1 and TF were measured by sandwich ELISA in 56 patients with cerebral infarction and 30 normal healthy subjects. Resuits :Compared with MCP-1 (49.21 ± 29. 36 ng/L) and TF (109. 25 ± 42. 98 ng/L) in healthy control group, patients with cerebral infarction had higher levels of MCP-1 (128.49 ± 76.97 ng/L) and TF (424.23 ± 189.87 ng/L), and there were distinctly difference (P〈0.01). The severer the patient's degrees was,the MCP-1 and TF higher were. Conclusions :Plasma MCP-1 and TF level are increased at early stage in patients with cerebral infarction. The MCP-1 and TF level is helpful to evaluate the severity of the patients with cerebral infarction.
