胫骨骨折内固定与外固定架固定疗效比较

Comparison of Tibial Fracture Treated by External and Internal Fixation

1996年7月-12月，我院应用单侧多功能骨外固定支架治疗新鲜胫骨骨折37例，与同年1月-6月应用钢板、螺丝钉或髓内钉内固定治疗的新鲜胫骨骨折28例进行比较，结果显示:平均住院日、骨折平均愈合时间及并发症发生率均有显著差异．作者认为单侧多功能外固定架治疗胫骨折愈合快，并发症少，功能好,值得推广．

From July to December in 1996, 37 cases of acute tibial fracture treated with unilateralmultiple functional extemal fixators were compaired with 28 cases of acute tibial fracture treated withintemal fixators of steel plates, screws and intramedullny nails from January to June in 1996. The resultsshowed that the average hospital stay, average healing time of fracture, complitalion rates had a markeddifferences. The author pointed that the tibial fpetures treated with external fixators had shortenedhealing time, fewer complications and better joint function of the legs. Therefore it is worththpopularizing.
