Treatment of Patellar Fracture by Circumferential Suture Loop and Tension Band

本文报告用丝线环扎张力带治疗髌骨骨折22例．其中髌骨下极骨折12例，粉碎性骨折8例，横形骨折2例．术后经12至31个月随访，按胥氏标准评定结果，优15例，良7例．作者对手术方法、适应证。

twenty-two cases of patellar fractures treated by circumferential suture loop and tensionband suture fixation were reviewed. Among them, distal pole fracture of patella was 12 cases,comminuted fracture 8 cases and transverse fracture 2 cases. After 12 to 31 months of follow-up, 15cases were excellent in results and 7 were good according to Xu Shaotin's standard. Operation methods,indications and biomechanics were discussed.
