眼睑外扶畸形是颜面部烧伤常见的后遗症，严重影响患者的外观和眼功能，近半来我抓1分别采用移植中厚皮片，全厚立片和局部皮下蒂筋准皮瓣转移等方法，为38例患者，79例次眼睑施行了睑外翻矫正术，效果满意．本文还对手术时机，手术方法的选择和检缘粘连本等问题进行了讨论．

The deformity of palpebral ectropion is a common sequel on the facial region afterburning. The scar surrounding the eyes can cause the eyelids to be drawn up if the scar on the palpebrasuperior or down. It can influence patients' aesthetic appearance and palpebral driction. Split skingrafting, full thickness skin grafting and local subcutalleous pedicled flaps were applied to reconstructedsuccessfully in 79 ectropion of eyelids of 38 patients by author.The paper also discussed some problems about opportunity for operation, selection of operatingmethods and tarsorrhaphy,
