红光照射对战士身体机能影响20例分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察经红光照射后战士在运动前后身体机能的影响。方法:对20名健康的战士进行红光照射,在照射前、照射1周和2周后分别进行长跑运动前后的肺通气功能及生理指标测试。结果:运动前照射2周后的VC、MVV、FEV1、FEV%、运动后的FEV%及Hb、RBC、HCT与照射前相比都有增加。结论:红光照射可明显提高人体的耐力和抗疲劳能力。
