摘要
采用犬双后肢缺血实验模型,并结合临床,借以探讨高渗甘露醇复合液在改变缺血再灌流损伤肢体氯代谢和氧利用中的作用。其结果表明,肢体缺血再灌流后虽供血和供氧已恢复,肢体缺血性损伤并未立即改善,氧代谢障碍继续存在,糖酵解和肌糖元分解继续进行。高渗甘露醇能显著减轻和改善缺血再灌流损伤肢体的氧代谢障碍。同时临床初步应用表明能显著减轻肢体大血管损伤术后的缺血再灌流损伤及明显提高了肢体的存活率。
Using laboratory and clinical models,we studied the protective effeCt of the hypertonic mannic for improving the oxygen metabolism of ischetria-reperfusion injury of extremities. The results showed that the deficit of oxygen utilization were going on keeping and there was a period of secondary ischemia during the reperfusion period.The hypertonic mannie could improve oxygen metabolis and reduce the ischemia-reperfusion injury of the axtremities significantly
