摘要
基于瞬变电磁法原理,提出了基于 PIC 单片机的套管探测控制系统的设计方案。通过三个磁探头从横向和纵向对套管的损伤信息进行探测,并结合温度和井深信息,准确判定套管损伤的位置。本文重点介绍了磁探头的选择、发射电路设计、数据采集电路设计和相应的软件设计。
Based on the transient electromagnetic methods, this article proposed the design of casing detection control system based on the PIC SCM. It can detect the horizontal and vertical informations on the casing failure through three magnetic probes, and determine the location of the casing damage accurately in conjunction with temperature and well depth. The paper emphatically introduced magnetic probe's choice, designs of the transmission circuit, the data acquisition circuit and the corresponding software.
