摘要
目的:根据脊柱解剖及功能特点,改进Luque手术方法,设计节段性精突间钢丝固棒技术、方法:自横突根部紧贴骨膜上下引出双股1.0mm钢丝,根据不同情况选用Luque棒、镍钛记忆合金棒、斯氏针固定,小关节突处植骨。结果:治疗17例脊柱骨折脱位,9例腰椎滑脱,均无钢丝断裂、脱落和金属棒松动的发生,植骨融合满意、结论:横突间固定较稳板间固定操作简单,避免脊髓损伤和椎管狭窄的发生,有利于脊柱骨折脱位的矫正和滑椎的悬吊复位,横突间固定符合生物力学要求,避免了传统方法所造成的各种并发症,是一种简单、适用、有效的方法。
Aim:According to spinal anatomy and functional characteristics, Luque operation was improved, and technique of fixed rods by signental wires in intertransversaria was devised. Methods:Double strands wires (φ1.0mm) of adjoined periosteum were elicited from root transversarium.According to different condition, Luque rods, Nckel-Titanium memory alloy rods or steinmann pins (φ4mm) were selected to fix with bone grafting on articular processus. Results: Seventeen cases with spinal fracture-dislocation and 9 cases with spondylolisthesis were treated, and happened no wires fragment and rods mobilizationl. Fusion of bone grafting was satisfactory. Conclusion:Intetransverse fixtion and the demand of biomechanics coincide. Avoiding complication which caused by traditional operation was a simple, dependable and effective method.
