摘要
建设宏大的社会工作人才队伍是推进我国社会工作的基本条件,但社会工作人才队伍的政治待遇首先必须落实在社会工作岗位设置上。由于我国正处于转型时期,现有的行政体制和社会环境对社会工作岗位设置产生了一定程度的阻碍,公众的认识障碍可能形成社会公众对社会工作的集体歧视,体制障碍可能使社会工作岗位设置处于尴尬境地,技术障碍可能使社会工作岗位设置不能尽快落实。
The development of China's social working depends on the construction of a massive social working team. However, reasonable position arrangement, which can secure the fair political treatment to the workers, is interfered by the current administrative system and social atmosphere as China is still in the period of new transformation. The immature understanding of the public may lead to prejudice on social working, while the imperfect systems and techniques would put the position arrangement into a dilemma and make it unworkable.
