Analysis and Reference of the Summer Flower Show at Lake Hamanako Pacific Flora Expo, Japan

夏季的气候高温高湿,开花植物少;这对花卉布展是个很大的挑战。介绍了日本滨名湖花博会夏季布展应用的花卉材料,分析了重点的花卉种类,阐述了花博会夏季花卉设计和布展的特色。结合即将举办的北京奥运会,讨论了在夏季高温高湿条件下如何进行花卉品种选择和花卉布置设计,可为北京奥运期间花卉布置提供借鉴。

The high humidity and temperature is a big challenge to the flower setting in the summer. In this paper, the main plant varieties used during the summer of Pacific Flora Expo were analyzed. And the main features and characteristics of flower settings in the summer were summarized. Based on the analysis, with a purpose to serve as a reference to the flower setting during Beijing Olympics, suggestions were made on how to select plant varieties and how to do the settings of the flowers in the condition of high humidity and high temperature in the summer of Beijing.
