镉接触工人尿NAG活性与其他肾损害指标的相关性研究

THE STUDY ON THE CORRELATIVITY BETWEEN ACTIVITY OF URINARY NAG AND OTHER INDEXES OF RENAL DAMAGE IN CDEXPOSED WORKERS

本研究采用配对设计的方法，对接触组和对照组人员分别测定了血和尿中镉、钙和β２－微球蛋白（β２－ＭＧ）含量，并测定尿Ｎ－乙酰－β－Ｄ－氨基葡萄糖苷酶（ＮＡＧ）活性和总蛋白含量。结果显示，接触组尿镉、钙、β２－ＭＧ、总蛋白含量和ＮＡＧ活性及血镉含量都高于对照组。尿ＮＡＧ活性与血和尿中镉、钙、β２－ＭＧ和总蛋白含量均呈正相关，表明尿ＮＡＧ是监测镉引起肾损害的敏感指标之一。

The content of cadmium(Cd),calcium(Ca),β2microglobulin(β2MG) in blood and urine,and the urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG) activity and total protein content were respectively determined in exposure and control groups in this study.The results showed that the content of urinary Cd, Ca,β2MG,total protein, and NAG activity,and Cd content in blood in exposure group were higher than that in control group.Urinary NAG activity was positively correlated with Cd content in blood and urine,urinary Ca,β2MG and total protein content.It was showed that NAG is one of the sensitive indexes of renal damage.
