围手术期患者营养状况改变的初步观察

Preliminary Observation of Changes of Nutritional Status in Perioperative Patients

摘要 本文采用了人体测量和实验室等8项营养评估指标对122例普外患者手术前后的营养状况作初步观察,旨在评估和掌握围手术期患者营养状况的改变,以寻求合理的营养支持或治疗对策。结果发现,术前有营养良的患者占52%,术后增加到78%。8项营养监测指标中,术后有6项明显低于术前(P<0.01)。作者认为,外科围手术期营养状况改变十分突出,加强这一时期的营养支持和治疗是很必要的。 With the purpoes to evaiuate the changes of the nutritional status in perioperative patients and to look for reasonable countermeaure of the nutritional suport or treatment, eight nutritional indexes were observed in 122 perioperative. surgical patients. The results showed:1. Patients with malnutrition before operation were observated 63(52%), and after operation they increased to 95(78%). 2. Six of eight nutritional indexes before operation were lower than that after operation(P<0.01), but both hemoglobin and total lymphocyte count showed no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). The authors concluded that the changes of the nutritional status in perioperative surg-ical patients were very prominent, and bue attention should be given.
