进入21世纪以来，中国的城市经济状况已不再是从单点的城市来衡量。而是从某个区域内的城市群整体水平来衡量经济圈的发达程度。以长三角为例，逐步形成了上海为核心，对接国际化进程的第六大都市圈。在城市群经济的趋势下，各个城市的功能互补及产业互补应当加强契合度。本文以杭州二环的典型山水城市——富阳为原点思考，畅想城市功能规划的发展方向。
