摘要
ARK Hills作为日本民间最大的第一种市街地再开发工程于1986年春完成了。
这是开创了森大厦大规模复合再开发工程的开端事业。回溯到1967年，从森大厦得到这块土地，被政府制定为再开发用地．到完成一共经历了19年。正是基于森大厦对于建造街道的理念，才能支撑这么漫长的时间和这么巨大的能量．
When ARK Hills was completed in the spring of 1986, it was Japan,s largest first-class urban development project by a private company. It is the first of the largescale complex redevelopment projects by Mori Building. The experience Mori Building gained in city planning in creating ARK Hills enhanced its capabilities as a developer and greatly contributed to the success of the ＂Hills＂ series （large--scale complex redevelopments） .
