大型居住区详细规划的建设质量对城市发展有重要意义,但现行编制存在不足。上海浦东张江三号动迁基地规划引入城市设计的理念与手法,分三个阶段在控制性详细规划与修建性详细规划中具体落实,并运用凯文·林奇城市认知五要素理论,对居住区空间进行优化,并以此为基础对张江三号动迁基地进行规划设计,为将城市设计应用在大型居住区详细规划提供了经验借鉴。

Large-scale residential planning is an important aspect of urban development and would benefit from improved plan compilation practices. An urban design approach is used for planning a resettlement with the regulatory and site plans being executed in three phases. The urban image theory of Kevin Lynch is used for the planning and design of the residential spaces.
