摘要
户外广告规划是规划部门管理城市户外广告的直接依据,能有效促进城市户外广告设施的合理布局,目前我国这一规划类型尚处于探索阶段。城市户外广告设施设置规划控制体系包括法规规范体系、技术标准体系、规划设计体系和管理实施体系四部分;其编制方法涉及规划层次与深度控制、导控分区划分体系和标准、导控要素选择、规划导则与技术通则之间的关系四个方面。
Outdoor advertisement planning creates the policies for managing outdoor advertisement facilities. Planning principles for outdoor advertisements are still being developed. These policies should include a regulation system, technical standards, management guidelines, and a planning framework that describes the content, depth, and requirements for outdoor advertisement plans. The relationship between the planning principles and technical standards should be clearly defined in such policies.
