韩非是先秦法家的集大成者,他一生的基本轨迹可以概括为:研究治理国家的历史经验,研究治国方略,为封建君主服务。治国方略是治理国家应该遵循的基本原则,是治理国家中的具有战略性的指导原则和全盘性的计划、方针、政策和策略。韩非的治国方略主要可以概括为:循天守道、因情而治、赏罚依法、治吏引纲、务力耕战。

Han Fei was a comprehensive expression of Legalists of the pre- Qin days. The things that he had done in all his life can be summarized as： studied the experiences and lessons that administer a country in history, offered the feudal monarch the general plan for national rtmning. The general plan for national running is the basic principle which the country should follow in the process of governing the nation, is the strategic guiding principle and the overall plan, policy and strategy. Han Fei put forward the general plan for national running to the feudal monarch is： abide by natural law, a general plan for national running follows human＇s nature and national conditions, the award and punishment judge by the law, administer the old government officials according to the reality of man＇s preferences to interests, make one＇s country rich and build up its cultivation and military might.
