从九百集团的实践，体会到国有企业集团实施全面预算管理的积极作用，同时提出了实施中应当注意的问题。
Through the practice of Joinbuy Group, the author learnt the positive effect on carrying out comprehensive bud- get management for state-owned enterprise groups, while put foward some questions to be noticed in implement.
