基于64排(层)螺旋CT儿童受检者受照剂量的研究 被引量:4

摘要 在采用多排螺旋CT进行临床诊断的过程中,儿童受检者比成人对X线照射更为敏感。放射工作者在采用常规CT剂量表征量来评价儿童受检者辐射风险时就显得不够全面。本文以有效剂量作为参考量,针对64排(层)螺旋CT给儿童受检者带来的辐射剂量进行评估,为儿童辐射防护的优化提供参考。 Children are more radiosensitive than adults in CT examinations. So it is difficult for radiologists to evaluate patient radiation risk for pediatric examination. In this paper, we analyzed the effective dose for pediatric patients with 64 slice CT and provided informa- tion on optimization of pediatric CT imaging.
