Under the support of the computer technique and the software of GIS, this article designs an aid decisionmaking system for the land-use planning implementary evaluation according to the mathematical model and material process of the land-use planning implementary evaluation, based on the land-use data-base and the operation of the implementary evaluation, and it provides perfect assistant and support for implementary evaluation of land-use planning.
