台海西岸电子沙盘系统的设计与实现

摘要 电子沙盘作为可交互操作的实时虚拟现实环境,是一种既具有传统沙盘的特点,又集成了多种高新技术的产品。首先分析了沙盘制作技术的变化与发展,即从传统的实物沙盘向现代的电子沙盘转变;然后提出了台海西岸电子沙盘制作的技术方案,并介绍了数据处理、地形模拟与要素匹配等关键技术;最后以数字高程模型(DEM)和卫星遥感图像为数据源,用MapGIS开发环境实现了该地区电子沙盘的制作。 Electronic sand table, some called digital sand table or virtual sand table, is contrast with traditional material sand table model. Unlike material sand table, electronic sand table is new high-tech product with integration of computer application, Geographical Information System, virtual reality and multimedia. It can give users a realtime and interactive operation circumstance. With the development of computer technology, material sand table is now transmitting into electronic sand table. First of all, this paper introduces the design and realization scheme of electronic sand table system for the west side of Taiwan Straits. Then, the key technique of the technical scheme for electronic sand table, such as data processing, terrain modeling, feature matching, is introduced in details in this paper. Finally, based on digital elevation model (DEM) and satellite remote sensing image, the electronic sand table system for the west side of Taiwan Straits is made under the platform of MapGIS.
