血管迷走性晕厥患者基础状态下心脏结构及功能

摘要 目的探讨血管迷走性晕厥患者基础状态下的心脏结构及功能变化。方法直立倾斜试验(HuTr)阳性的VVS患者40例(研究组),男性12例,女性28例,年龄7.5~35岁,平均年龄(13.23±4.23)岁。匹配健康人 群40例为对照组。研究租和对照组均用西门子SONOLINEG 20彩色多普勒超声系统检查心脏结构和功能。结果与对照组比较,研究组左房(IA)、左室(LV)和肺动脉内径(PA)稍增加(P〉0.05),主动脉内径(AO)、室间隔(IVS)及左室后壁(LVPW)厚度、射血分数(EF)和左室内径缩短率(FS)稍减小(P〉0.05),两组参数比较差异无统计学意义。结论VVS患者在基础状态下心脏结构及功能未见异常。 Objective To explore cardiac structure and function of the patients with vasovagal syncope ( VVS) at baseline. Methods 40 patients who had a positive head - up tilt test (HUTT) result and the diagnosis of VVS were enrolled in this study and 40 healthy people were matched as controls. Cardiac structure and function was detected by SIEMENS SONOLINEG 20 color Doppler ultrasound system. Results Compared with the controls, LA, LV and PA inner diameter in study group showed a slightly increase, and AO inner diameter, IVS and LVPW thickness, EF and FS decreased slightly in study group ( P 〉 0.05 ). There were no statistical differences in the parameters between two groups. Conclusion No abnormality was found in cardiac structure and function of the patients with VVS at baseline.
