CT guided percutaneous cholecystostomy for the treatment of acute acalculous cholecystitis

目的探讨CT引导下经皮胆囊造瘘治疗急性非结石性胆囊炎的技术要点和临床疗效。方法回顾性分析CT引导下经皮胆囊造瘘治疗46例的急性非结石性胆囊炎患者的临床表现、置管成功率、并发症及临床疗效。结果46例患者均1次置管成功（技术成功率100％），无严重并发症发生。引流术后所有患者临床症状均有好转，随访1～23个月，25例顺利拔管，9例带管死于与胆囊炎无关疾病，余12例长期带管生存。结论CT引导下经皮胆囊造瘘治疗急性非结石性胆囊炎安全有效。

Objective To discuss technical key points and clinical curative effect of CT guided percutaneous choleeystostomy for the treatment of acute acalculous cholecystitis （ AAC ）. Method 46 cases of AAC underwent CT guided pereutaneous cholecystostomy. The clinical data, successful rate, complications and clinical follow - up were retrospectively analysed. Results Technical success rate of catheter placement was 100% and no serious complications occurred. All the patients improved after the drainage and during the follow - up for 1 to 23 months. The catheters of 25 cases were removed successfully, 9 died of nonrelated diseases and other 12 cases survived with long -term bile drainage. Conclusion CT guided percutaneous cholecystostomy for the treatment of AAC is safe and effective.
