应变式三维测振传感器测量范围的研究

摘要 针对适时获取被测对象的三维振动信息,和对各类大、中型旋转机械和运动设备(如风机、水泵、减速机、轴承座、滚动磨擦体等)进行全方位振动检测,以及测量精密加工中的多维振动,采取弹簧作为阻尼材料的应变式三维测振传感器,合理设计三维内部空间结构,能够实现三维振动的实时测量,并且弥补传统应变式传感器测高频时的缺陷,另外在微型化方面取得了很大的进步。 For the timely measured 3D vibration information of the object which be measured, apply to all types of large and medium-sized rotating machinery and sports equipment (such as fans, pumps, reduction gears, housings, rolling friction, etc.) omnidirectional vibration detection and measurement precision processing of multidimensional vibration, the sensor designed adopts damp material of spring and be designed in its 3D interior space structure can measure vibration of 3D information timely, and it is the supplement of the limitation of traditional sensor measuring high frequency .Besides, it gets great progress in micromation.
