线粒体融合蛋白2、PCNA在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及意义 被引量:5

Expression and Significance of Mitofusin 2 and Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

摘要 目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中线粒体融合蛋白2(Mfn2)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达与临床病理特征之间的关系及二者的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测92例非小细胞肺癌组织中Mfn2、PCNA的表达。结果:肺鳞癌组织中Mfn2的表达(IOD值)高于腺癌(P<0.01),高分化、中分化的肺癌组织中Mfn2的表达高于低分化的肺癌组织(P<0.01);PCNA在肺癌组织中的表达(IOD值)随分化程度的降低而升高,高、中分化与低分化组相比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);有淋巴结转移组PCNA的表达高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.01)。结论:Mfn2在非小细胞肺癌中的表达与组织学分型、分化程度有关;PCNA在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达与分化程度、淋巴结转移有关,且二者的表达呈负相关。 Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expressions of mitofusin 2 (Mfn2) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)and clinical pathological feature of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: The expres-sions of Mfn2 and PCNA were detected in 92 samples of NSCLC by immunohistochemistry. Results: The integral optical density (IOD) value of Mfn2 expression was significantly higher in squamous cell carcinoma than that in adenocarcinoma (P 〈 0.01). The value of IOD was much higher in ranking high-middle differentiation group than that in low differentiation group(P 〈 0.01). The IOD value of the expression of PCNA was increased with the decrease of differentiation degree,which showed statistical significance between high-middle and low differentiation group(P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05). The expression of PCNA was obviously higher in lung cancer with lymph node metastasis than that in lung cancer without lymph node metasta-sis. Conclusion: The IOD value of the expression of Mfn2 in NSCLC was associated with histological type and tumor differ-entiation. The IOD value of the expression of PCNA was closely associated with tumor differentiation and lymph node metas-tasis. There was a negative correlation between expressions of Mfn2 and PCNA in NSCLC.
