主动脉瓣重度反流窃血致急性非ST段抬高心肌梗死临床分析

摘要
慢性主动脉瓣反流（chronic aorta valve regurgitation,AVR）是临床常见的瓣膜疾患,往往伴有冠状动脉窃血,但由此导致急性心肌梗死较罕见。笔者收治重度AVR并发急性心内膜下心肌梗死1例,报告如下。
