放射工作人员职业应激现状调查 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨放射工作人员的职业应激现状。方法采用职业紧张量表（OSI-R）对放射人员进行职业应激的测评：结果放射工作人员年均个人剂量当量为1．69mSv／a。个体应激反应与应对资源呈明显负相关。个体应激反应的主要影响因素为工作环境、年龄、任务冲突、工龄、责任感和任务不适。结论针对放射人员的应激反应及其影响因素，有待采取针对性的干预措施，以降低放射人员的职业应激程度，保护其身心健康和促进放射人员的工作能力。
