现代农业发展的新特点──论“农业是基础”的生态经济规律的作用形式与主要特点

New Features for the Development of Modern Agriculture

本文认为，农业的经济基础作用与经济贡献和农业的生态基础作用与生态贡献，是“农业是基础”的生态经济规律发生作用的两种基本形式；而完整性、全瓦性、协调性则是这个规律发生作用的主要特点，并分析了传统农业基础的片面性和局限性。

This paper pointed out that the economic and ecological contribution were the two basic affecting forms of eco - economy law, the agriculture is the base, and its main characteristics were integrity, involvement of entire people, and harmonization. Lopsidedness and limitation of traditional agriculture base were also analyzed in this paper.
