Study on Small Watersheds and Their Integrated Management with Eco-Economic Perspective

小流域治理是山区生态恢复，脱贫致富的根本出路。本文从生态经济学观点，探讨了小流域及小流域治理的基本概念，小流域治理的作用机制和生态经济学根据、措施、效益形式，目前在开展此项工作时应面对的问题。

Integrated management on small watersheds is the radical way for the ecology restoration and achieving prosperity. This paper discussed the concept of small watershed and its integrated management, the mechanism and eco-e-conomic base for managing small watersheds, the benefit forms of the measures, and the issues encountered in implementing the projects.
