摘要
针对现有军工企业存在外协质量低、返修率高而无法满足大批量订单快速响应的问题,提出了面向工艺的扩散制造资源选择方法。该方法在物元模型的基础上,结合快速扩散制造的特点,建立了定量化的扩散工艺工序特征物元模型和扩散制造资源的物元模型,并通过关联函数的计算,构建了匹配算法,该方法在某军工企业中得到了应用。最后,给出了一个面向工艺的扩散制造资源选择方法的实例。
To solve the difficulty of outsourcing with low quality and high repair rate ia military manufacturing enterprises, which can not satisfy mass orders, the proliferative manufacturing resource selection oriented to process was present. Firstly, based on the matter-element model, quantitative working procedure feature's matter--element model and proliferative manufacturing resource's matter--element model were constructed combining with rapid proliferative manufacturing's specific characteristics. Secondly, through computing dependent function, the matching algorithm was given out. This method was applied in certain military manufacturing enterprise. Finally, an example of proliferative manufacturing resource selection oriented to process was introduced to verify this method.
