穴贴定喘膏中挥发油不同环糊精包合物对透皮吸收的影响研究

Influence of different cyclodextrin clathrates of volatile oils of Xuetie Dingchuan plaster on transdermal absorption

目的:研究穴贴定喘膏中细辛和辛夷挥发油经β-环糊精、HP-β-环糊精包合物对透皮吸收的影响。方法:对挥发油进行β-环糊精包合、HP-β-环糊精包合处理,采用Franz扩散装置,运用气相色谱法测定挥发油成分,考察β-环糊精、HP-β-环糊精包合对透皮吸收的影响。结果:β-环糊精包合物的累积透过率优于未包合及HP-β-环糊精包合物。结论:挥发油用β-环糊精包合可促进透皮吸收。

OBJECTIVE To study the volatile oils of Xuetie Dingchuan plaster clathrated with β-cyclodextrin and hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin and influence on the transdermal absorption. METItODS The volatile oil was clathrated with β -cyclodextrin,hydroxypropyl-βcyclodextrin. Franz disperser and GC method was used in the determination of the volatile oils clathrated with β-cyclodextrin and hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin to investigate transdermal absorption. RESULTS The accumu- lated penetration of the inclusion of volatile oils with β-cyclodextrin was superior to that with hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin and the unclathrated. CONCLUSION The inclusion of volatile oils with β-cyclodextrin can enhance drug penetration via skin.
