热咳停颗粒祛痰作用的研究

Study on the expectorant effect of Reketing granules

目的:证实热咳停颗粒是否具有祛痰作用。方法:采用大鼠毛细管排痰量法和对兔气管纤毛粘液流运动法对热咳停颗粒进行祛痰作用的研究。结果:(1)本品剂量在10g.kg-1以上时具有祛痰作用,随着剂量的增加祛痰作用也随之增强。(2)热咳停颗粒与硫酸异丙肾上腺素一样有增加离体气管纤毛粘液流的运动。结论:热咳停颗粒具有祛痰作用。

OBJECtIVE To approve the expectorant effect of Reketing granules. METHODS The expectorant effect was studied by the methods of excreting sputum of mouse and tracheal cilia movement of mucus flow of rabbit. RESULTS （1） The dosage up to 10 g. kg-1 crude drug had expectorant effect,and the effect was increased as the dosage increased. （2） Reket- ing granules had the same effect as Sulfate isoproterenol. CONCLUSION Reketing granules has the effect of reliving sputum.
