摘要
运用ANSYS软件建立了JJ22547型井架的有限元模型,为充分考虑结构承载的实际情况,运用三维梁单元模拟井架结构的各个杆件,对该井架在设计载荷作用下进行了静、动力特性分析,提出了改进方案,为钻机井架设计提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the finite element of model JJ22547 derrick was made by using ANSYS software, the three dimensional beam elements was used to simulate the derrick in order to obtain close actuality. The static and modal characteristics of the derrick under the designed load were analyzed, an improved scheme was proposed and its results offer theoretical basis for derrick design.
