摘要
针对目前空气冲旋钻头在工作的过程中遇到牙齿容易出现磨损和断裂失效的问题,应用纳米复合材料的相关理论和制备技术开展了Al2O3/WC-Co纳米/微米复合材料的系列试验研究。结果表明:加入3%的纳米Al2O3并添加适量的抑制剂和稀土元素能明显改善Al2O3/WC-Co纳米/微米复合材料的组织结构,晶粒明显得到细化;耐磨性和耐冲击性能得到很大提高,较硬质合金YG8提高了7-10倍;为大幅度提高钻头破岩效率,延长钻头使用寿命提供了可能性,能较好地满足石油钻探冲旋钻井的需要。
In view of the problem the present geophysical prospecting pneumatic hammer drill bit tooth is easy wear out and break in the work process. A modified nanometer technology is used, by adding nanometer Al2O3 in the hard alloy to prepare a Al2O3/WC-Co nanometer/micron compound material and its performance was tested, organizational structure analysis, resistance to wear and bears experimental study were carried on. The result indicates that when 3 % nanometer Al2O3 was added and the right amount of inhibitor was increased, the rare-earth element could obviously improve the organizational structure of Al2O3/WC-Co performance was enhanced, which could greatly improve the effectiveness of rock breaking of bit, prolong the service life of bit, and the need of the Petroleum physical prospecting to the well could be satisfied greatly.
