摘要 CYJ5-1.8-18HY型整体弯游梁式抽油机采用游梁平衡方式,优化了抽油机的结构参数,提高了最大冲程工况的悬点承载能力。该机型的平衡调整通过加减配重质量,可针对悬点载荷峰值精确调整,有效削减减速器峰值扭矩,平衡率高而且易于调整和保持,节能并保护抽油机。现场测试表明,该抽油机在进行调参作业时节省人力,在恶劣工况下的平衡率仍可达到85%以上,节电效果显著,性能价格比高。 Bend walking beam was adopted for CYJ5-1.8-18HY bend walking beam pumping unit so as to increase the load on polished rod capacity of maximum stroke through the optimized main technical parameters. The balance of pumping unit could be adjusted by increasing or decreasing counterweight. By using this method can reduce peak torque of reducer, the accurate adjustment could be realized according to peak value of spot load and the pumping unit has good balance rate or easy to maintain. Through practical operation it is an energy-saving and long service pumping unit, saving labor than it was and 85 % balance rate in bad working condition. It is an energy-saving and has high quality low cost pumping unit.
