以A/O工艺中充分释磷的厌氧污泥为研究对象,分别投加NO3--N和NO2--N,考察了温度对反硝化除磷效果的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内,随着温度的升高,NO3--N型反硝化除磷和脱氮速率均加快,但消耗单位氮的吸磷量却下降,若要取得良好的氮、磷去除效果,需适当提高缺氧段的NO3--N浓度;NO2--N对聚磷菌的抑制浓度并非为定值,而是随温度的升高而上升;随温度的升高,NO2--N型反硝化脱氮速率加快,而吸磷速率却未表现出明显的上升趋势。
Using anaerobic sludge with released phosphorus from the A/O process as research object, the effect of temperature on denitrifying phosphorus removal was investigated by adding nitrite nitrogen ( NO2^- - N) and nitrate nitrogen ( NO3^- -N). The results show that the removal rates of nitrogen and phosphorus by nitrate denitrifying are increased with temperature rising in a certain extent. However, the quantity of anoxic P uptake per N utilized is reduced when temperature is increased. Thus, the nitrate concentration in anoxic reactor should be increased to obtain efficient nitrogen and phosphorus removal. Furthermore, the inhibited concentration of nitrite nitrogen on PAOs is not constant, but varies directly with temperature. The removal rate of nitrogen by nitrite denitrifying is increased with temperature rising. However, the uptake rate of phosphorus does not show any evident increasing trend with temperature rising.
