摘要
从“教育管理”走向“教育领导”,由“教育管理”变为“教育服务”,“教育领导”就成为“教育服务”,这是新世纪教育观念变革的重要特征。上海师范大学已把“教育领导学”列为校级重点建设学科,文章试图通过抛砖引玉式的践行和倡言,期望形成具有中国特色的“教育领导学”新学科。
In new age, the reform of educational idea has some important characters, including from "educational administration" to "educational leadership", from "educational administration" to "educational service", and "educational leadership" becomes "educational service". Shanghai Normal University has ranked "educational leadership" as the key discipline on the university level. This article will explore the disciplinary boundary from the aspect of concepts, nature, research objects, range, methodology and episteme to construct "educational leadership", and expect to form the "educational leadership" with Chinese features.
