摘要
组织、教育、管理班级的知识和能力,是班主任专业化特有的主要的要求。班主任对学生的教育的实施,除通过学科教学外,主要就是通过班级教育系统进行。因此班级教育系统是班主任实施教育的特殊操作系统。在这一操作系统中,班主任首先要学会班集体建设中的目标管理。针对如何实施,提出课题化、系列化、常规化等三点建议。
The knowledge and ability to organize, educate and supervise classes are the special major requirements of the professionalization of class teachers. In addition to subject - teaching, class teachers educate the students mainly through the class - based teaching system. As a result, class -based system is the special operating system, through which class teachers carry out their education. In this system, class teachers should firstly leam the "Object control in the construction of the class". In order to put it into practice, three ideas are put forward, i.e. to make it a question for discussion, a series and a routine.
