摘要
我国在对先进人力资源理论进行引进与应用的过程中,由于诸多原因,产生了水土不服现象,因此有必要更多地从我国古代人力资源管理与人才开发中寻找智慧,并借助现代人力资源管理与人力资本的有关理论与方法,以构建适合我国国情的人力资源管理与开发体系。
Western human resource theory development has evaluated from scientific management to behavior sci- ence perspective, then to strategic human resource management and complicated science management. During Chi- nese introducing and using these advanced theories, a great deal of illness has happened because of many reasons. Therefore, it is imperative to adopt more wisdom from ancient China so as to establish contemporary Chinese human resource development system.
